Returns & exchanges

In the event of any inconvenience you have with the product received, whether you need to return or exchange it for any justified reason, please, what we first need you to do is to contact us and let us know the reason for the claim.


Once we are aware of your problem, we will proceed to the solution of your problem but we do not believe that the first measure that is always taken in these cases is neither practical or logical or necessary, which is to return the product, until we agree on the solution that we will give to your problem.

We would also like you to attach us and send photos of the product, if it had arrived in bad condition.

In the event that a product has to be returned, it must be without traces of use. It must be in perfect condition, unless the claim, if it arrived in poor condition, will return in poor condition.

In no way proceed to return the product until we have contacted each other and have found the solution to the problem.

We understand that you have carefully seen the photos of the product on our website, and since we have sent you the approved and desired product for you, we do not accept returns of products that you did not like when they arrived in your hands.

And also, since many of the products in our e-commerce are made by hand with logos and initials and special measures, they cannot have a simple return.


The products, since many of them are personalized, do not have a return, except for justified exceptions.
