Yes, we ship products worldwide, door to door by courier.

How can I place an order?

Thank you for deciding to shop with us. You can place an order via our website by adding the relevant products into your basket. Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your basket click “buy now” and your payment form will open up. Once you have done this, we will have a copy of your purchase and proceed to ship your purchase to you.

How can I cancel my order?

If you may cancel your order, please contact us as soon as posible, letting you know that if it is a customize order already done or it has been already shipped to you, unfortunatly we may not cancel it. But do contact us and we will see what we can do.

When should I expect my order?

This very much depends in what you have ordered, if it is custom-made of it is shelf-made. Please contact us for further details. 

You will be receiving an email when your order has been send. And our courrier should take a couple of days.

What should I do if I receive faulty goods or do I want to make a complaint?

We aim to deliver only the very best in customer service. If something was not as you had expected, please contact us. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, customer services department will aim to come back to you within 48 hours. 

In order to process faulty goods more efficiently, we would first recommend that you contact  us photos and details of the fault.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No. You do not need to create an account to place an order, but it is good for us if you are going to be a customer and purchase with us, we will like you to be log in. But if you make a purchase, of course you will need to fill in all your details.

How will I know that Polo International Market has received my order?

Once you have placed an order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email. Please contact us with your order detail if you do not receive this email.
